The thing about looking up stuff online is that the moment you open your browser, you are distracted by 2 million things and you forget what you wanted to look up.

And then you spend half an hour staring at the screen, wondering what you were going to search for.

This is why I've now given myself the rule that I HAVE to write things down in my journal before I even think of opening my laptop or phone.

If only I didn't keep forgetting that in the heat of the "hmmm I wonder if"-energy spike.
